Ocean Gazetteer allows searching locations based on bearing and distance for e.g. 3 Miles Northeast of CapeTown, and viewing them on the map. Once the location has been displayed on the map, you can click on it to get the coordinates. This can be useful particularly when communicating locations in the ocean. It provides configurable options to include multiple address locators. You can also include multiple place name layers.
